What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022?

Our fire/life safety division is run by the most qualified experts in the industry.  What matters even more to our clients is having similarly qualified personnel working with them onsite. In 2022, we were able to add incredibly talented former senior FDNY officers to both senior management and field staff. 

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2023?

Challenges faced by New York City building owners and managers have put the spotlight on our services. Global is owned and managed by former U.S. Federal agents and senior, high-ranking officers of the NYPD and FDNY. Addressing security and life safety is what we are uniquely qualified to do.
