What trend or change in commercial real estate do you believe will have the biggest impact over the next five years?

I believe the convergence of technology, data, and more flexible financing solutions will reshape commercial real estate over the next five years. I am especially excited about how artificial intelligence can help us make faster, better-informed decisions, while programs such as C-PACE and FHA can help move more projects forward. I believe the companies that will lead are those that embrace innovation while remembering that commercial real estate is, and always will be, a relationship-driven business.

What advice would you give to the next generation of women entering commercial real estate?

I feel strongly about this advice. Do not wait until you feel completely ready, because confidence is often built by taking action, not before it. Learn the business, ask thoughtful questions, and seek mentors and sponsors who will advocate for you when you are not in the room. Build genuine relationships and make your contributions visible. Your perspective is valuable. Speak with conviction, remain open to learning, and remember that you do not need to lead like anyone else to become an exceptional leader. And this is important: remember to pay it forward.
