2026 Ones to Watch - Industry Leaders: Noam Aziz, Meridian Capital Group

Noam Aziz
Senior Director
Meridian Capital Group

“Noam Aziz is an emerging industry leader known for his work ethic, consistency, and ability to build and lead a high-performing team of 14. Since joining Meridian in 2023, he has completed nearly 300 commercial leases and built over 200 exclusives. He leads by example, prioritizes long-term relationships, and creates opportunities for others to grow and succeed.”

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community?

One accomplishment I’m especially proud of is the pace and scale my team has achieved this year. In under four months, we’ve completed 50 commercial leases, building on 127 deals last year. With a team of 14, we’re on track to exceed 200 transactions this year, which would place us among the highest-volume brokerage teams in our market. At 22, I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead such a driven group while continuing to push our limits and raise the standard.

Who has had the greatest impact on your career or leadership journey?

My parents and my brother Benjamin have shaped my drive and perspective.

How do you inspire, motivate, or mentor others within your organization?

I inspire and motivate my team through consistency, accessibility, and leading by example. I stay in constant communication, offering guidance, support, and real-time feedback. I believe in helping others regardless of competition—there’s enough opportunity for everyone. I push my team to outwork me and ultimately surpass me, because their success is the true measure of leadership. Creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and driven is my priority.
