2025 Year in Review: Rebecca Liben Levy, Chai Travel Advisors

Rebecca Liben Levy
COO
Chai Travel Advisors

What transaction, project, or key moment best reflected the direction of the New York CRE market this year? In 2025, the standout accomplishment for Chai Travel was the extraordinary growth we achieved across every part of the business. We closed the year up 80 percent in sales year-over-year, a milestone that not only exceeded our internal projections but also underscored the strength of our model, our team, and the market’s demand for high-touch, relationship-driven travel advisory services. This level of growth was fueled by a powerful combination of both new clients discovering Chai Travel for the first time and an expanding team of new advisors who brought fresh energy, and connection.

What emerging trends or shifts will shape opportunities for you, your firm, or market sector in 2026? Multigenerational travel will grow as Baby Boomers age and Millennials enter peak spending years, creating demand for complex family itineraries. Longevity-focused travel — centered on health, wellness, and restorative experiences — will also accelerate.
