Specifically, being able to tell stories that go deeper than just the company or the projects themselves - spotlighting the people whose vision, skill, and passion bring them to life. When you share those human stories in a way that feels authentic and personal, you create a connection that drives engagement, builds visibility, and leaves a lasting brand impact.
What advice would you give to a woman considering a career in commercial real estate?
Invest in your personal brand from day one so you become known within your industry. In a field built on trust and reputation, how you show up online, in meetings, and at events shapes opportunities. Let people know what you stand for, share your expertise, and broadcast your wins in real time.
