2025 Ones To Watch - Industry Leaders: Lee Brodsky, BEB Capital

Lee Brodsky
CEO
BEB Capital

Recent goal and impact:

I recently helped spearhead the launch of BEB Work, a newly designed coworking space located at BEB Capital’s headquarters. The launch comes on the heels of our $4 million investment in 2024 to create a dynamic workplace ecosystem, which incorporated a custom mural, fitness center, and shuttle service for tenants. BEB Work has allowed our firm to provide the local Long Island community with a dynamic and convenient workspace with flexible membership options at a time when hybrid work has become the norm. To date, 80% of BEB Work’s private offices are already leased.

Turning problems into opportunities:

Although organizations across industries are increasingly committed to return-to-office strategies, the hybrid working model remains the standard for many, and has resulted in greater demand for flexible work options. For those who struggle to commute into metropolitan areas regularly, it has become increasingly important to have space available that can mimic a dynamic in-office experience. BEB Work gives these individuals the flexible workspace options they crave and has strengthened our network of like-minded professionals looking for community at their office.

Who was/is your role model and/or leadership mentor?

My mentors are my father, Bert Brodsky, Jeff Weiner, Barry Gosin, Carl Kuehner, and Andrew Saltoun.
