2025 Ones To Watch - Industry Leaders: Gary Davies, CBRE

Gary Davies
Senior Vice President
CBRE

“Gary is one of our best pure business developers. He has leveraged his wealth of market knowledge and transactional expertise to win and execute several notable lease transactions successfully.” - Travis Yuengst, Senior Managing Director, CBRE.

Recent goal and impact:

Throughout my career, my focus has always been on finding the right partners. By developing these key relationships, we’ve built a team focused solely on tenant representation for financial firms. In today’s very dynamic market, it takes a team with a diverse skill set to navigate the real estate landscape to achieve one common goal, which is to provide the best outcomes for our clients. Over the past few years, our team has executed over one hundred transactions, increasing our market share yearly in a specific target market segment in Midtown.

Sharing knowledge and expertise:

My focus and expertise are in tenant representation for financial firms, a niche market. I continuously foster relationships and build credibility with clients, colleagues and other industry professionals to stand out from our competitors by providing specific content related to market trends, deal flow and future opportunities in the market. I’ve established a strong network with colleagues and industry partners (landlords, architects, project managers, furniture vendors etc.) through my deal volume and industry expertise allowing me to provide a unique offering to my clients.

Best advice for new leaders:

Passion and integrity are keys to success in this business. Strive to uphold these values and lead by example for younger brokers.
