Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? My family has shaped my career. Coming from a long line of builders, I worked for my family’s construction business from an early age. They’ve taught me valuable lessons that I still use today. Making my mark on the city my family helped build motivates me to carry on tradition.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? It’s definitely a challenge to have work-life balance in this industry. I prioritize efficiency at work to allow personal time with family and friends. For instance, prioritizing human interaction, such as phone calls and meetings, can be more efficient than relying solely on emails and technology.
