How do you balance your rising career with your personal life?

There’s certainly a lot of sacrifice on the personal front, but I’ve kept a disciplined morning routine of exercising, which has helped contribute to the balance. I am typically up and at it by 6 am in the gym, surfing or playing a round of tennis before I am in the office. I’ve also been lucky to build friendships with many clients and colleagues, so even when I’m not working in the office, I’m constantly fostering relationships within the industry.

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success?

Henry Stimler and Bill Weber have played a pivotal role in shaping my early successes. Their approach has uplifted my strengths while challenging my weaknesses, instilling the confidence to grow and showcase my abilities daily.
