How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Technology has made it challenging to separate work and personal time. I am very intentional with my time, and fully commit to my work while at the office and my personal life when outside of the office. This approach allows me to put my best foot forward in all aspects of my life.

Outside of your career, where else do you seek continuous learning and personal growth? I seek knowledge and personal growth through learning about the human mind and body. It is truly remarkable how much goes into making us who we are, both mentally and physically. I use this knowledge to improve who I am as a person, friend, colleague, engineer, and leader. Additionally, I enjoy learning about the impacts of what goes into our bodies, and how to treat mine to feel my best.
