How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? My family keeps me grounded. While work can sometimes be taxing, knowing that at the end of the day I can go home and spend time with my family is what allows me to decompress. Family is also what motivates me to perform at a high level. 

Who are the key people in your life that have contributed to your success? As a child, my father taught me about property management after he purchased a 3-family home in Jersey City. He constantly involved me in conversations and decisions on pricing, working with contractors, and providing great customer service. My supervisor and managing director at Rose Associates, Dawn Curto, supports me and is constantly providing guidance. Dawn is not only my supervisor, but a mentor.
