How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Growing up, I saw my mom manage both in a remarkable manner which inspires me to maintain a healthy work-life integration. I try to find a balance that works for me by coordinating my personal responsibilities with my workday schedules. I am fortunate enough to be able to have the flexibility to attend to my personal needs and key appointments while also managing work deadlines.

Beyond your professional achievements, what are some of your passions or hobbies? At the end of an intense workday, I like painting or curling on the couch and reading a good book which gives me a much-needed escape.

Outside of your career, where else do you seek continuous learning and personal growth? Traveling to new places contributes to my personal growth. Stepping out of my comfort zone and constantly trying and learning new things, navigating challenges in unfamiliar environments leads to increased confidence and enhanced self-awareness.
