Outside of being a broker I like to view myself as an entrepreneur which is generally a lifestyle not a career, I think there are 2 key takeaways that are quintessential in order to help you evolve & grow. First & foremost is to believe in yourself & think big. The second is to understand that business thrives on small wins, and it takes consistency, thoughtful training and decision-making to do it well.
