Innovative Solution: Over the years, we’ve adapted our strategies by focusing more on data-driven tech-based solutions. I work closely with teams to ensure we’re basing decisions on accurate, up-to-date information. This emphasis on reliable data helps us respond quickly to market shifts and anticipating client needs.

Innovative Outlook: One of the biggest opportunities for innovation in commercial real estate lies in the adoption of real-time data gathering for property insights. By continuously collecting up-to-date information on market trends, tenant behavior, and property performance, we can make more accurate and timely strategic decisions. This approach enhances our ability to anticipate shifts in demand, identify emerging market opportunities, and respond proactively to client needs.

“Jean Manning Perez has been instrumental in RM Friedland’s growth from a small basement office to one of the leading CRE brokerages in the tri-state area. Over 40 years, her operational expertise and strategic oversight have driven expansion and market share leadership. Most recently, Jean led the company’s transition to a cloud-based infrastructure, enabling brokers to share and access information more freely. Her commitment to innovation and seamless operations has positioned RM Friedland as an industry leader in client service and efficiency.” - Dan Tashman, RM Friedland, LLC.
