Jean Manning Perez has been with the company for 40 years, spending the last 25 as director of operations. Perez manages a team of five and directly support 25 brokers, working to ensure seamless operations across our projects. She handles all CFO responsibilities, oversee human resources, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Additionally, she provides broker support, manage deal tracking from start to finish, and oversee licensing compliance.
