What person, project, transaction, or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

We’re excited to have two great new multi-family developments, The Rose at Great Neck and Warner Avenue in Roslyn to be nearing completion. These projects will both enhance their surrounding communities with incredibly creative architecture and smart planning, helping to revitalize our downtowns.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023?

My greatest professional accomplishment this year was winning the prestigious AIA Long Island Architectural Achievement Award, which recognizes our firm’s dedication for great design and architectural impact on the Long Island region for over four decades.
