What person, project, transaction, or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year? The 2023 NYC Real Estate Expo.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023? This past May, we brought in over 12,000 real estate related professionals to our expo at CitiField.

How has your career path changed in 2023? After being sidelined for three years due to COVID-19 we finally were able to start up in person again with an overwhelmingly successful event at CitiField (Mets Stadium).

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024? I believe it will be the impact of AI in all industries. At our event on September 24, 2024 you will learn all of the advantages and disadvantages of AI in the real estate industry and beyond.
