What person, project, transaction, or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year? In 2023, the surge in demand for thermally efficient products had great impact in our industry. GAMCO responded with new thermally efficient door and frame, surpassing leading national brands. This innovation aligns with the market trend, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and excellence in a dynamic and evolving landscape.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023? GAMCO provided a complete range of façade glass and metal products for a new high-rise hotel in Long Island City. The project showcased for construction professionals and building owners GAMCO’s design capabilities, broad line of energy efficient fenestration and architectural metal products, and production quality.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024? As we look ahead to 2024, trends in energy efficient products will continue to drive significant investment and development. Notably, alongside energy efficiency, reliability and the speed of product delivery is also gaining demand. The intersection of sustainability, reliability, and efficiency is shaping the future of our industry. At GAMCO, we’re not only advancing our energy efficient solutions but also expanding our supplier network to meet the surging demand swiftly.
