In 2023, I am proud to highlight the successful $53 million transformation of 767 Third Ave. The revamped lobby and beautifully designed amenity space, Oasis, exemplify our dedication to crafting flexible and inviting work environments, fostering efficiency and enhancing the overall workplace experience for our valued members.
What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024? Beautifully designed spaces, exceptional service, and inspiring experiences that prioritize collaboration and wellness will likely be in high demand. In turn, property owners and managers will need to continue redefining the purpose, scale, design, and priorities of office spaces and office properties to meet these needs.
