What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? Expanding Dealpath’s book of business globally over the course of my four-year tenure has been my greatest accomplishment, as the company continues to provide industry-leading solutions to major institutional investors. Through leveraging my professional network and nurturing relationships, I have owned many of the organization’s largest accounts, such as Nuveen and Blackstone, and more recently secured leading firms, CBRE Investment Management and LaSalle Investment Management.

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Organizations that encourage women to voice their opinions and trust their judgement are the environments that allow females to flourish, especially in male-dominated industries.
