2023 Women in CRE: April Intrabartola, Eastman Cooke & Associates

April Intrabartola
Vice President
Eastman Cooke & Associates

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? This has been an extremely busy year with new projects spanning across asset classes. I am especially proud that several are for repeat clients! In healthcare, we are working on our third clinic for a national endovascular medical group. Our newest retail project is a second dealership and sales office for the country’s largest used vehicle retailer and we are completing another corporate office expansion for a health and beauty brand in Midtown East.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? This journey would not exist without the encouragement of my father! He taught me I could achieve whatever I wanted through hard work and perseverance.

Why should this nominee be recognized in our Women in Commercial Real Estate Spotlight? “April’s commitment to providing the finest services to our clients is one reason why so many continue to retain Eastman Cooke for new projects. But equally important is April’s support for the entire team, along with her mentorship to younger staff. Plus, she is a pleasure to work with.” - Peter Morandi, LEED AP, CEO at Eastman Cooke & Associates.

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? To start, they should look for well-established companies and then determine whether there are opportunities for growth, including mentorship programs, internships, and educational criteria.
