What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? Closed on a simultaneous bulk sale and acquisition (brought in new equity partner) of eight multifamily buildings in Bedstuy, N.Y.

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Work life balance. Currently 8.5 months pregnant and the support and understanding the firm has given me is unparalleled.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? My mother – her ability to have three children while running her own medical practice before it was considered “normal” for women to have careers and families.
