What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? The market has changed dramatically for office space in the years since 2020. Tenants are taking less square feet and in some instances, vacating entirely. I was able to move quickly and negotiate property tax reductions for several clients with office locations that have been greatly impacted by this changing market and obtain significant tax relief that they desperately needed. 

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? It’s important to find a positive work environment with motivated team players. Our firm prides ourselves on this atmosphere which has been critical to our growth and success. 

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? I am surrounded by so many people who inspire me in my professional practice. The common quality that I notice in those who inspire me is dedication and hard work.
