Romer Debbas LLP

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am proud of my team’s resiliency and continued success during the current downturn in the market. We have done so by seeking out additional areas where we can provide guidance and value to new and existing clients. The tactics learned and relationships built during this time have put us in a position to continue to thrive through the ebbs and flows of the market.

What are the most important factors women in your industry should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with? Prioritize choosing a firm where you can be yourself and have the resources and support necessary to excel in life both personally and professionally.

Why should this nominee be recognized in our Women in Commercial Real Estate Spotlight? “Over her career, Alison has not only mastered her craft as a commercial real estate attorney but has also been instrumental in fostering and growing some of the firm’s most valuable relationships and furthering women empowerment in our law firm.” - Pierre Debbas, Co-Managing Partner at Romer Debbas, LLP.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you? I am inspired by individuals who achieve their version of success through being headstrong, dedicated to their craft, and following their passion despite adversity.
