2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Travis Telemaque, Lipsky Construction Company

Travis Telemaque
Project Manager
Lipsky Construction Company

Number of years at firm: 2+

One thing on my bucket list: Complete my Architect Licensing Exams

When I am not working, I am: Sailing, surfing, playing hockey, spending quality time with my family.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? In the past year, I had the privilege of serving as the lead project manager for three new residential properties in the Hamptons, each valued at $20M+. Successfully managing multiple projects of this size and quality requires attention to several key factors, including effective planning, resource management, communication, risk management, and quality control. My daily responsibilities involved overseeing the management of resources such as labor, materials, equipment, and finances, and ensuring effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders including architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?

“Travis possesses outstanding leadership abilities and strong organizational skills, effectively overseeing multiple projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints. As a result, Travis is a highly esteemed member of Lipsky Construction, and we are committed to fostering his ongoing development both within our organization and the broader industry.” - Alex Lipsky, Co-Owner of Lipsky Construction
