2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Philip Butler, Farrell Fritz, P.C.

Philip Butler
Counsel
Farrell Fritz, P.C.

Number of years at firm: 5

One thing on my bucket list: Develop a bucket list.

When I am not working, I am: In the gym, on a run, or experimenting in the kitchen.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I have had the privilege of providing legal services in connection with the sanitary infrastructure for the Meadows at Yaphank, which is one of the largest mixed-use projects Long Island has seen in many years. The Meadows is a visionary project for our region that, when completed, will combine luxury residential development with retail, recreation, a hotel, and even a town park, all within a walkable community. I am proud to have a hand in a project of such scale and quality, especially knowing the greater challenges developers have faced in recent years with the pandemic and other market conditions.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?
"Phil is not just a rising star, but a rockstar! He is an amazing attorney, but also a kind and caring human. He works passionately to help clients achieve their goals and is an absolute pleasure to work with each and every day.” - Lee Peretz, Director of Marketing & Business Development at Farrell Frit
