One thing on my bucket list: Travel to Thailand!
When I am not working, I am: Immersing myself in unfamiliar parts of New York with my husband and our dog, Denver. Even though I am a native New Yorker, there’s always a new place to explore or experience to be had - whether it’s admiring the architecture of a building or taking in the nature upstate.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I was involved in a complex litigation involving construction defects related to the exterior envelope of the building, where our office represented a design professional. This litigation was driven by an intense discovery schedule, where the parties were involved in nearly 40 depositions in several months. I was intimately involved in preparing for and taking these depositions. Therefore, I had the opportunity to work closely with our expert witnesses to prepare for these depositions. Ultimately, through the depositions, we were able to elicit imperative testimony which led to the favorable resolution of the claims against our client.
