What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? While the recent turmoil in the capital markets has led to other lenders scaling down their single-family platform, we have used it as an opportunity to increase our business and grab market share. I have led a push into new markets through direct outreach to potential borrowers as well as expanded our presence in markets we are already active in, resulting in over $300 million of deals quoted this year alone.
