What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? One recent transaction I’m proud of was a rent stabilized multifamily property facing a time-sensitive loan maturity and had several delinquent tenants in legal proceedings. Our team successfully facilitated an off-market transaction, securing a buyer who closed the deal within 30 days. This timely resolution allowed the seller to pay off the loan and resulted in a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties involved.
