What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Being tasked with overseeing the management of 40+ commercial properties for a client. Our responsibilities range from information, project, tenant, contractor & cash management. We oversee it all and take pride in managing from the Landlord’s perspective. Each lease signing gets us to our goal, the impact on the community. I am most proud of being granted the opportunity to assist in improving the quality of life for the communities in the portfolio.

What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? One of the biggest challenges I face daily as a leader is digesting our team’s individual opinions and coming to a mutually beneficial solution. I’ve learned listening and strong communication are instrumental for our team to be successful. Dealing with difficult people and situations, and persisting after failure are also some of the biggest challenges I’ve faced. Patience, accountability, adaptability and constant self-work all help me overcome leadership challenges.
