What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? The biggest challenge I have faced as a leader is how to motivate others and support them in reaching our collective goals. In my effort to overcome it, I have attended the ACEC leadership course which gave me the insights into emotional intelligence and how to use it to incentivize others in a way that will motivate them to reach their goals.
