As CEO of Sage Realty, Jonathan Kaufman Iger develops and oversees Sage’s corporate strategy, operating strategy, and investment initiatives. Most recently, Jonathan directed the launch of several member experience initiatives; Sage Connected, Sage Services, Sage Social, and Sage Passport (which grants members access to every Oasis amenity space across the Sage Collection).  

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? 
Sage unveiled the completion of 767 Third Ave.’s $53 million transformation. The enhanced lobby showcases our commitment to creating inviting, dynamic spaces. This transformation included our amenity space, Oasis. All tenants across our six-building portfolio are granted Sage Passports with exclusive access to use Oasis at any of our properties.
