Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP

In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? Being part of the union between Koeppel Martone & Leistman, L.L.C. and Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP has been my career highlight. Many of our clients have real estate needs that intersect with real property taxation issues such as, land use and zoning. With this union, we can now service those needs.

In the last 12 months how have you helped your industry grow through professional creativity, innovation and leadership? I have helped my industry grow by discussing with clients how certain trends or events can impact properties’ market values, for instance, ongoing vacancies and collection issues caused by the pandemic or rising inflation and interest rates and strategize on structuring their tax appeal arguments in response to these events.

What advice would you give the next generation of women in your industry? I would advise the next generation of women that as they grow professionally and advance in their careers, to reach back to help another woman climb up the ladder. We have made progress with respect to our representation in the field and will continue to do so with each other’s support.
