In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? Zere Real Estate Services recently sold a commercial office building portfolio of properties to one of their investors over the past year. My son and executive vice president of Zere Real Estate Services, Michael Zere handled all of the office leasing over the past twenty years for the previous owner. The investment deals to the same buyer were the following:

• 1660 Rte. 112, Port Jefferson Station sold for $2.4 million (16,098 s/f building).

• 496 Smithtown Bypass, Smithtown sold for $5.225 million (40,000 s/f building).

• 2100 Middle Country Rd., Centereach sold for $10.7 million (66,000 s/f building).
