Christine Chipurnoi
Executive Vice President
USI Insurance Services

In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? In April 2022, selected by JPI Companies to be their insurance broker. Since founding, JPI has acquired and developed over 350 projects in more than 140 cities covering 27 states and Canada and valued at over $14.3 billion. With this selection, I will represent them for over $4 billion in new construction.

In the last 12 months, what ONE award were you most proud to receive? CREW NY Impact Award for Career Advancement of Women in 2021

In the last 12 months how have you helped your industry grow through professional creativity, innovation and leadership? In my leadership roles within USI and industry organizations, I help the industry grow by reaching out to younger women (and men) to listen to their ideas, thoughts, and goals. As I continue the conversation, sharing the benefit of my background and experience, I mentor them along the road to success.

What advice would you give the next generation of women in your industry? Believe in yourself and work hard. Speak up - take credit for your work. Don’t hesitate to highlight successes to those in higher corporate positions. Find mentors/sponsors and network with other successful women both in and out of your industry. Professional growth happens when you leave your comfort zone.
