2022 Women in Professional Services: Caitlin McDonough, Conway Farrell Curtin Kelly P.C.

Caitlin McDonough
Managing Partner
Conway Farrell Curtin Kelly P.C.

In the last 12 months, what was your TOP career highlight? I coordinated the closing of an approximately $18 million loan involving sixteen mortgages across properties located in four states and we closed within seventeen days of loan approval.

In the last 12 months, what ONE award were you most proud to receive? I was invited to be a speaker at an event hosted by CREW NY, an organization that has been immensely helpful as a means of not only networking but also learning about other related fields in the real estate industry.

In the last 12 months how have you helped your industry grow through professional creativity, innovation and leadership? I have created a means for our group to work effectively remotely. We are also converting our internal systems to cloud based so employees can access their work from anyplace which enhances a work life balance and, as a working mom, I understand the need for flexibility.

What advice would you give the next generation of women in your industry? I would recommend joining organizations and being active in the industry starting early in your career.

The more people you meet and the more experiences you have with others in real estate or related fields the more you will be able to help your clients and also grow yourself professionally.
