What is your management style?

I manage by setting an example, but also by collaborating with others. Listening to advice and input helps to make sure goals can be achieved. It is important to seek to understand before acting. This process has become even more crucial with how the world has changed in the past two years.

What leadership role outside of the workplace is most rewarding to you?

Coaching my children’s sports. Working with them and their teammates and seeing them develop is an incredibly rewarding experience.

What advice would you give the next generation of leaders in your industry?

Nothing can replace hard work.
