What is your management style?

Proactive, hands on and passionate

What was the most difficult experience you have encountered as a leader?

One of the most difficult experiences was navigating through the pandemic when I wasn’t sure what was next for our agency. We grew by leaps and bounds during the last three years –we expanded our PR and creative services and I am grateful for our team’s creativity and flexibility!

What aspect of your position do you find most challenging?

Our firm operates in four cities and I wish I had more time to see our team outside of New York.

What leadership role outside of the workplace is most rewarding to you?

I enjoy philanthropic work and it’s been a great way for me to make a contribution outside of our company.

What advice would you give the next generation of leaders in your industry?

Work incredibly hard and be passionate about whatever you decide to do.

Describe what you would consider to be ONE of your top career highlights:

Traveling to Cannes each year to represent MIPIM, the world’s largest international real estate conference

What award were you most proud to receive?

Our position as one of the top 25 national PR firms last year
