I have so many career highlights/memories over the years but the one that stands out the most was the day I was notified that I made the top 50 of 50 fastest growing women owned and led firms of 2022. It proved to me that dedication and hard work do pay off!
What advice would you give the next generation of leaders in your industry?
Stay focused and stay in the moment. Engage with who you are meeting with and don’t be on your phone.
