Describe what you would consider to be ONE of your top career highlights:

Becoming president of Sage Realty in December of 2014, as I became only the 4th president in the 90 year history of the company (at that point), as well as being the 4th Kaufman to lead Sage.

What leadership role outside of the workplace is most rewarding to you?

Serving as a trustee of the Town School, my K-8 Alma Mater. The Town School had the greatest impact on who I am today, and I honor the opportunity to give back to the school, ensuring future generations are provided the same formative experience.

What advice would you give the next generation of leaders in your industry?

Be self aware. Lead with empathy.

What aspect of your position do you find most challenging?

Navigating the current and future needs of our diverse customer base, as their own requirements to provide an optimal workplace environment for their employees rapidly changes.
