What is your management style?

Both the strength of our firm and my team’s successes come from teamwork. My management style is based on trust, encouragement, collaborative and positive spirit, and appreciation of everyone’ s expertise. This approach has allowed McAlpine to complete very complex projects during the challenging pandemic period, including the $75 million, 250,000 s/f, 350 Clarkson Ave. residential development in Brooklyn.

Describe what you would consider to be ONE of your top career highlights:

There are several recent projects, which have been particularly significant for me: the $1 million flagship showroom of the British home furnishings brand Timothy Oulton in Manhattan; the 200-unit 350 Clarkson Ave. multifamily project in Brooklyn; and the ongoing $35 million, 133,675 s/f, Braemar luxury assisted living residence in Montebello, NY.
