Bridge loans and equity placement. Several years ago, I transitioned from investment sales to brokering debt and equity.

What aspect of your position do you find most challenging?

Real estate is not nine to five, it requires many long hours. Balancing work and a family can be challenging but also rewarding at times.

What leadership role outside of the workplace is most rewarding to you?

Being a wife and mother.

What advice would you give the next generation of leaders in your industry?

Work smarter not harder.
