What is your management style?

My style combines “coach” and “pacesetting” styles as I always set high standards for my team, and I am always concerned about efficiency and quality of the product. At the same time, by setting high standards and recognizing each member’s strengths, I motivate my team to get better with every project.

What award were you most proud to receive?

“Senior Project Manager of the Year 2021” within the Falcon Group. It was very nice to get recognized in such a big company like The Falcon Group with 100+ employees.

What advice would you give the next generation of leaders in your industry?

Do not give up! Becoming a leader is a process of development. With every step of the way, you will become a stronger leader. For me personally, the key is complete understanding of your team, on both a professional and personal level. This will help to achieve expected goals.

What aspect of your position do you find most challenging?

Team development. Every team member is different which results in personalized approach to each member in order to increase efficiency and quality of the final product. This sometimes complicates the process, but everything can be done with proper techniques in place.
