What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2021?
2021 was a banner year for The Doe Fund’s growing portfolio of affordable and supportive housing. The organization opened three residences—Tiffany Court Plaza at 980 Westchester Ave., 1325 Jerome Ave., and the Muller Residences at 555 Nereid Ave. Its Villa House residence won the Excellence in Residential Design award from the Queens and Bronx Building Association, its Webster Green residence was certified LEED Gold by the US Green Building Council, and the organization just announced new building permits for its upcoming residence at 4519 White Plains Rd. These achievements demonstrate how we are fulfilling a promise to provide affordable and supportive housing to New York’s most vulnerable populations.
