What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2021?
My greatest accomplishments were to sell not one but two, prime Fifth Ave. trophy properties for exceptional prices in the middle of a global pandemic. Having been through four previous cycles, it was easy to see that we were at the bottom of a decade long run. I spent most of the year identifying companies who should be purchasing real estate for their businesses. My message was simple; this is the time when fortunes are created and anyone who can buy should be buying. 90% of my transactions in 2021 were to user buyers who appreciated this once in a cycle opportunity.
