How do you contribute to your community or your profession?
Environmental and land use planners are focused on how New York City’s evolving economic, social, and political forces will inform urban land development in the years ahead. I’m a board member of the Citizens Housing Planning Council and member of the Urban Land Institute’s New York Chapter Housing Council – each of which helps advance sound and sustainable housing policies in the city. I will also be speaking in November on public policy and funding at the Equitable and Sustainable Infrastructure: Delivering Merit and Climate Resilience Conference hosted by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure and Harvard University’s Zofnass Program for Sustainable Infrastructure. In these ways I continue to elevate the planning profession and serve the interests of my clients and the communities with whom I work.
