In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
Very proud of the AmTrust admin team. The group is a mix of experienced and non-experienced title professionals. I personally train non-title employees in title and fuse them into our agency support group and provide excellent customer service. It is my success story. I give people an opportunity who otherwise wouldn’t have been introduced to such a dynamic industry

How do you contribute to your community or your profession?
I volunteer my time with a few organizations locally. I participate in fund raisers and food drives all year round as well as help on the recruiting front finding people jobs in my spare time.

How do you keep your team motivated despite conflicts and obstacles?
I use positive reinforcement. Conflicts and obstacles are part of the job but it’s the way we handle it that makes a difference.

Tell us a thing or two about you that is NOT on your resume or LinkedIn profile?
When I am not working, I love to bake, go to salsa classes, hike, yoga and meditate.

How do you advocate for your fellow women in real estate?
I am a great listener. I have helped women and continue to help women in all areas of conflict both in their professional and personal lives.

What books or social media influencers would you recommend to other women?
Gabrielle Bernstein. I have been following her for almost two years.

Why should women consider a career in commercial real estate and related services?
There are many opportunities for women to grow in commercial real estate and/or in related services.
