Our most notable transaction in 2019 was the sale of 530 West 25th St. between 10th and 11th Aves. which we sold to The Feil Organization for $72 million. The office building spans 95,000 s/f across seven stories and sold for $760 per s/f.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
The investment sales market is somewhat overheated. when combined with the uncertainty in the economy, there has to be a change in how deals are done. However as long as NYC continues to be viewed as safe place to keep money, deals will continue to happen. Just with different structures.
