What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? 
My greatest professional achievement has been working on Chanel’s 57th Street flagship renovation for the past two years. It’s the biggest project I’ve ever worked on.

What trend(s) do you predict to dominate your industry in 2019? 
Based on what I’ve been seeing in the retail industry, I’m optimistic that sustainability and green building practices will increase in 2019.

What does it mean to you to be a team player? 
Being a team player means trusting the people around you and giving them the autonomy to grow—both by succeeding and learning from mistakes. Being open to different ideas and trying new things (even if they fail), leads to growth and makes a true team player.
