There is no successful project without all members of the project team working together. Communication throughout a project—both with the client and project team—is required. Without thorough communication, the field and office teams would not be able to deliver on schedule or effectively problem solve. Each team member is important, and everyone needs to work together to achieve the greatest success possible.
